if you are facing on off switch button problem in nokia 6680 then here is a diagram that will help you and you will be able to solve on off switch button problem 100%.
simple clean this area with electronics cleaner and leave it to dry for a few mints and check it if it is working ok good else change the on off switch button and at last remove this small ic that is indicated in diagram and make these jumpers as given in diagram attached with this post.when you short these points as shown it will work ok.
