if keypad is not working or is hangd in nokia n95 first of all clean these parts that are shown in diagram and encircled in red lines.leave them for a few mints so that can be dry and check the set if it is not working yet remove the side volume buttons and check and at final step remove the keypad ic and replace it with a new one.
